The law firm of Hoffman, Comfort, Offutt & Scott was founded in Westminster in 1936 by Ralph G. Hoffman (1910-1994). The firm consists of seven attorneys capable of handling almost every type of legal matter that you, your family or your business may require. Each of our lawyers concentrates in specific areas of the law, which allows us to provide better quality legal services to you. We engage in a general civil and criminal practice, both trial and appellate, in all courts and maintain our practice throughout central Maryland and the Baltimore metropolitan area.
